About the role - Kōrero mō te tūranga

 

We are seeking a highly capable and professional person to provide comprehensive administrative and business support across the Europe, Middle East, Africa and Australia Group.

 

Reporting to the Team Leader, Business Support, the Team Administrator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the group’s activities. This position encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including:

 

  • Coordinating travel arrangements and visa processes
  • Proofreading and formatting official documentation
  • Supporting staff transitions to overseas posts
  • Providing general administrative assistance to the division

 

This is a dynamic and varied role that offers the opportunity to contribute to the effective functioning of a globally engaged team.

 

The salary range for this role is $57,656 to $64,062 total remuneration, inclusive of our 3% KiwiSaver employer contribution.

The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in administrative support roles, with a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism.

 

Key attributes include:

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with business systems
  • A proactive, adaptable approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A positive attitude, sound judgement, and a commitment to high-quality service delivery are essential for success in this role.
  • Understanding of The Treaty of Waitiangi/Te Tiriti , Te Reo Māori and Māori customs and protocols would be beneficial.
