The Europe, Middle East, Africa and Australia Group is looking for a proactive Team Administrator to join their group.
Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
We have a full-time 12 months Fixed-term Team Administrator position available within our Europe, Middle East, Africa and Australia Group.
The Team Administrator will report to the Team Leader, Business Support and will be responsible for providing a range of administrative and business support to staff within the Europe, Middle East, Africa and Australia Group.
This varied role includes a range of administrative tasks including supporting a regional division, proofing and formatting documents, organising travel and visas and assisting with the transfer of staff to Ministry posts across the group.

The salary range for this role is $57,656 to $64,062 total remuneration, inclusive of our 3% KiwiSaver employer contribution.

To be successful in this role you will be an organised person who has had some experience in supporting a team, good attention to detail, strong communication skills, possess a strong achievement/delivery focus, have a good understanding of financial and business skills.
You will have a positive attitude, strong computer skills that cover the Microsoft Office suite and the flexibility to juggle a variety of tasks with several stakeholders and competing interests.
Ideally you will also have a good understanding of tikanga (Māori customs and protocols), with the ability to weave te ao Māori (the Māori worldview) into your work.
