About the role - Kōrero mō te tūranga
The New Zealand High Commission is recruiting for the role of Administration Manager, responsible for the effective delivery of the Finance, Property, Procurement, HR and Consular functions of the High Commission.

Salary for this role is from NZ $39,015 - $45,900. Relevant skills and expereince will determine the salary that will be offered to the successful appilant.

To be considered for this role you will evidence demonstrated experience in:
- Planning and organisational skills
- Leading and motivating staff
- Strong customer focus
- Excellent written and oral communication including Vagahau Niue.
- Accuracy and attention to detail with a strong emphasis on delivery and achieving results
Please note:
The mandatory requirements for this role:
- Be eligible to live and work in Niue
- Be able to provide a police clearance
- Hold, or be able to obtain a current Niue Driver’s licence
If the successful candidate has worked or lived in New Zealand and are subsequently employed as locally engaged staff in a NZ Government Embassy or High Commission, they may, subject to individual circumstances, have NZ Tax Residency obligations and be considered as on Government Service by New Zealand Inland Revenue (IRD). We advise any applicant, who may be in this situation, to discuss their tax residency status with the NZ Inland Revenue (IRD) and determine any potential personal tax obligations to IRD.
