The New Zealand Embassy in Abu Dhabi is seeking a new Property Administrator. The Property Administrator is tasked with managing and coordinating all property and Protocol related duties, as well as providing administrative support within a total team of twelve.
What you will do
- Ensure high quality property and protocol administrative services are delivered for the Embassy, it’s staff and diplomats.
- Manage and maintain a capable, flexible and resilient property portfolio.
- Be a positive and inclusive member of the Embassy team.
What we need
- An inclusive team member, modelling Ministry values in all you do.
- A track record of delivery.
- Resilience and resourcefulness.
- An ability to coordinate, lead, and manage diverse property maintenance teams and projects for each property .
- Excellent English and Arabic both oral and written.
- Prior experience in property management/administration, preferably in Embassies or government, would be an advantage.
